Hello people, I am in some kind of dilemma. I dropped my phone yesterday and the touch is barely functioning and one half of the screen is black. I've been looking into who repairs mobile phone screens around here, but the local shops are quoting me prices that seem way too high for a two-year-old device.
I'm worried about two things:
Data Privacy: I have numerous working photos and banking applications. I am not in a real need to give my passcode to some random person in a kiosk in the mall.
Part Quality: I have heard the nightmare of ghost touching of cheaply fixed parts.
Has been a customer of Devicefixes? I noticed that they offer free pickup and delivery, which will be a saving grace because I am in the office all week long. Or are their parts not really good ones, or shall I jump and take the bullet and trade this one in to another one? Seeking some candid opinion before making the cash.
